Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of check-out and will depend on the weight, size and destination of the parcel (Livigno and the smaller islands will be excluded from the automatic calculation and buyers are invited to contact us before purchasing for a personalised quote). Once packed and entrusted to the courier, the parcel will be delivered within 24/48 working hours, but within a maximum of 5 working days from the time of purchase (except in exceptional cases). The return of one or more products can be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods. The seller reserves the right to check the condition of the returned items before proceeding with the refund.
